2010
Farming and cheese production
La Fiorida was born as a farm. In the late 2010s, it was known for its herd of Brown Alpine cows, prized for the exceptional milk used to craft artisanal local cheeses like Bitto and Casera. Since the beginning, strong emphasis has been given to a short and transparent supply chain with a focus on environmental sustainability.
2014
Michelin-starred dining, informal restaurant, bistro
La Fiorida boasts two restaurants and a bistro, including La Preséf, the first agritourism restaurant in Europe to earn a Michelin star and a green star for sustainability. The cuisine highlights the farm's own products and the flavors of Valtellina, offering a unique dining experience that celebrates the region's finest ingredients.

Since COVID, la Fiorida has offered a wide selection of its products online. In the beginning, deliveries were only available within the proximity of the farm, then in the whole region, and now it's possible to make orders from anywhere in Europe.
